Our squad is part of the World Union Karate Federation (WUKF) SEKA Engalnd Squad with senior athletes who have competed in World and European Championships and have gained World, European and National titles.

A very small part of karate is the competition side. At Sono, we have an established karate squad of athletes aged from 7, competing in local and national competitions, all the way to our senior atheltes who have been competining for over ten years both on national and international stages winning National, European and World titles.
